I know so little about this, but when I get back to Antigua, there will be lots of
young people who will know how to help me.
When you come into the internet age later than most, it's all so mystifying.
Yet, as much as I love receiving letters from fine friends all over the world, I am
finding it difficult to keep up and write much more than a few-word answer. Some
folks (especially my "kids") are annoyed at me because I often sign off with "more
later" , because I'm off to some place, or have something to do that's pressing. It's
strange that I'm more busy in retirement than I was when I was working .... oh so
long ago.
Another reason for this blog is that I like to write (I'm hesitant to say that "I'm a
writer") and many of my friends are, too. We often exchange writings. This might
make it easier. I don't know ... because I don't know what I'm doing right now ...
but ... I'm doing it. Getting "hip".
That's it for now, as there are many more things to do and I'll muddle through.
This is Deet Lewis, writing in Lincolnwood, IL, awaiting return to my home in
Antigua Guatemala within the coming week (I'll be home by lunch on Friday 18th
and already have a client for that afternoon!)
